In a tweet, Maulana Tariq Jamil states that similar occurrences frequently occur to insult Muslims’ emotions.

He requests the Muslim world to adopt a cohesive stance at the international level against such blasphemy.

Furthermore, the Muslim nations and organizations are already criticizing the disparaging statements by BJP’s representative.

The BJP declares that spokeswoman Nupur Sharma is facing suspension due to her profane statements. In the wake of the global diplomatic maelstrom, the Hindutva-inspired party took action.

The 37-year-old attorney is a popular “formal BJP spokeswoman” who appears on TV shows to advocate and fight for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s administration until her suspension.

Nupur Sharma, a law student at Delhi University, entered politics in 2008 when she was sworn in as president of the students’ body as a member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), the student branch of the Hindu nationalist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh organization.

Moreover, after returning to India upon completing her master’s degree in international business law at the London School of Economics in 2011, her political career took off.
