On his birthday, Mehwish Hayat wrote a beautiful message to her “best buddy,” Azfar Rehman.

“Everyone has a friend during each stage of life. But only the lucky ones have the same friend in all stages of life and I consider myself extremely fortunate to always have had you by my side. You’re not only my best friend but my family. All of my happiest memories are those of which you have been a part,” wrote Mehwish, sharing pictures of herself with Azfar on Instagram.

She went on to say that every moment they’ve spent together has been full of laughter, pleasure, and enjoyment, whether it was on their New Year’s excursions, shootings, promotions, or simply hanging out, discovering the greatest breakfast spot, and the many talks they’ve had.
She also expressed her admiration for Azfar’s accomplishments, saying, “Keep shining bright.” With your presence, you contribute to making the world a better place. You undoubtedly contribute to my happiness.”

This dynamic pair of best friends have collaborated on films like Chhalawa and Punjab Nahi Jaungi.

Azfar turned 32 on June 7, and he is presently appearing alongside Ushna Shah in ARY Digital’s new drama serial Aakhir Kab Tak in a negative character.
