Former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif has announced plans to tour all four provinces of Pakistan, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir, next month. This tour aims to restructure and rejuvenate the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) after he reassumes the party’s presidency.

The PML-N is expected to re-elect Nawaz Sharif as its president in a special meeting on May 28. This strategic move is intended to make the party more active and influential across the country.

Sources within the party revealed that a comprehensive strategy for Nawaz Sharif’s nationwide tour has been formulated. The tour will begin in Sindh, where Nawaz Sharif will initiate the reorganization efforts starting from Karachi. He will then proceed to visit Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

This extensive tour underscores Nawaz Sharif’s commitment to strengthening the PML-N and expanding its reach and influence throughout Pakistan. The initiative is seen as a critical step in revitalizing the party’s presence and addressing the political challenges it faces.

Nawaz Sharif’s return to active leadership and his engagement with party members and supporters across the country is expected to boost morale and unify the PML-N’s base. The upcoming visits will also provide an opportunity for direct interaction with regional leaders and the grassroots, aiming to ensure a cohesive and dynamic organizational structure.

As Nawaz Sharif prepares for his nationwide tour, the PML-N is poised for significant internal changes and a renewed focus on its political agenda, setting the stage for future electoral contests and governance.
