Dilip Kumar, the legendary Bollywood star, was admitted to a Mumbai hospital for a routine checkup, according to his wife and actress Saira Banu.
Banu told India Today that her husband had been admitted to the hospital for a regular checkup and that he should be able to return home shortly.

“We’ve come in for a regular check-up due to some health concerns. “If God wills, we will return home soon,” she said.
Kumar’s health has been in shambles for the past few years, forcing him to visit the hospital on a regular basis to keep matters in order.

Banu said, “Dilip Kumar Saab is recovering well and will be discharged from the hospital tomorrow.”
