Fawad Chaudhry, Federal Minister of Information and Broadcasting, promised that the government intends to revitalize Pakistan’s film and drama industries.
The federal minister recently revealed some upcoming updates related to his ministry in a series of tweets. Most of them were to make loans available to potential film and drama producers.
“We will provide load up to 5 crores to young film-drama makers from Prime Minister Imran Khan’s ‘Kamyab Jawan Program‘” he wrote.
Furthermore, high-quality productions portraying the lives of Tipu Sultan and Sir Syed Ahmed Khan will be made in order to present these heroes to the younger generation.

Fawad Chaudhry previously said that Pakistan’s national anthem will be digitally captured in a few months. In addition, he reported that Pakistan Television (PTV) will go HD on June 1st, with PTV Sports likely to go HD by the end of the year.
